My A/C system failed. I called Air Innovatios using their emergency call service. They dispatched Jacob, a very knowledgeable technician immediately. Jacob came over, diagnosed my A/C system and verified that the failed part (Coil) was still under warranty. He ordered the spare part and now I'm waiting for the replacement coil to arrive and get it replaced. I will only pay for the labor. Jacob took care of everything. Awesome service for this first part of my home A/C system repair.
Ismael was professional and very knowledgeable about problems with our A/C. We moved into our new home and it was not cooling properly, temperature in the house 83+ degrees.
Very professional and courteous excellent technician gave me lots of feedback good recommendations was very prompt on time respectful kind smart very knowledgeable and did an excellent job and thanked me on the way out keep up the great work.
