Their slogan, your comfort matters. it is a joke. -First, their logistic is terrible on scheduling. I called them on Thursday to get a schedule on Tuesday but no time frame and had me call them on Tuesday to know the time. -my AC is few months old and leaks condensate off evaporator coil box. they came out first time, did not fix it or find the problem but told me the evaporator was not installed/leveled right. this type of evaporator is tricky to install and told me it was fixed. We do appreciate the feedback, as Josh did explain unfortunately with manufacturer warranty parts we are at the mercy of the manufacturer at what part they provide and what is covered. Yes, we would absolutely love to be able to replace the entire unit for you, and we have already summited a request to the manufacturer to expedite the process of your claim.
