I am very pleased with Southern Comfort of San Antonio Heating and AC, LLC. I initially called them becuase of the 5 star rating on superpages and I am glad I did. The Technician came out and diagnosed my system and found a leak in my unit. I called John Wayne Heating and AC before hand and they wanted to replace my whole system. I honestly called about 10 Air Conditiong companies to get an estimate eight out of 10 stated I need a new AC system which the price was over my budget. The other big name Air Conditioning company could not even explain to me what was wrong with it and said "maybe you need a new unit". This is the call to make if you have unexpected issues with your heating or cooling system. I contacted two other companies before finding Southern Comfort, and they told me they could come out in four days; Southern Comfort was at my door within an hour. Their representative was polite, clean, and very knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem with my a/c compressor within minutes, and had my house cooling down again shortly thereafter for a reasonable price. An excellent choice for quality and value.

LOOK NO FURTHER! These guys know what they are doing. The Tech came to my home and discovered the problem quickly, gave me a quote and was able to work around my budget. The repair was done the same day and at a good price(compared to three different companies). The employees here were very knowledgable and did not mind answering any questions that I had about what they were doing and even gave me a few tips on how to maintain the A/C unit. I hired Southern Comfort after getting a few estimates elsewhere. They worked with my budget and I ended up repairing the A/C instead of replacing it. They fixed the problem at a much lower cost than what I was quoted by 2 other companies. I appreciate their work, and will call them again for anything in the future.
