When my compressor went out at the beginning of labor day weekend, two other AC providers through up their hands and told me I'd be without air for 3 days, until the stores opened. That's when I talked to Miguel at Southern Comfort. Within an hour, Miguel was able to get a store reopened, picked up my part, rearranged his schedule, and arrived at my house to make the repair. Quality service at a GREAT price! I thought I needed a new thermostat but Miguel checked everything out and found it was a bad wire. He changed it out, got my a/c working in no time, and charged a more than fair amount. I had called a few other companies first, got very high estimates and service charge fee's.... Im SO GLAD I kept looking and found Southern Comfort. This is definitely my "go to" company from now on.

What a great guy! I called at 1pm and asked Miguel if he could come out some time this week and figure out why our heater wasn't working. After comparing schedules and seeing that we both had conflicts in a couple of days he told me he would try to come out today or tomorrow. At 3 he called and said that they were on their way over. My a/c stopped working last weekend so I called Southern Comfort first thing monday morning and Miguel was at my house by 11:00 that morning. He found the problem quickly and repaired my a/c at a very affordable price. I know most other repair shops would have charged me at least one hundred dollars more. Miguel is a pretty guy and technician. He came out on time as promised when the other guys said next week or two weeks from now. He also could follow driving directions and he did not take me to the cleaners on the bill. He definietly has my business for now on. Cool Air and John Wayne, you'd better pay attention to this guy!

112 degrees On A Sunday. No less .The hottest day of the year and Miguel not only showed up when promised he did a very good job finding out the problem and then proceeded with a fast but through repair . Good price , Good service and a pleasant personality. I can see why He has so many positive reviews. My positive experience can be added to his ever growing reputation . Thank you!

My AC units had conked out, and I remembered Miguel from the last time I had called him. He was good last time, and I had no hesitation in contacting him again. He came out promptly, and found the source of the problem very quickly and efficiently. He also said that the compressor had gone bad on the other unit and volunteered to call the manufacturer to find out if it was still under warranty. If so, it would not cost me very much. First I called John Wayne, but they were all booked up for the day. Not wanting to sleep in 100+ weather I decided to call Southern Comfort. Miguel was close by and arrived on time, after hours. He fixed the air conditioner quickly and charged reasonably. He even called back today to make sure everything was working fine. It was truly a pleasure doing service with Southern Comfort and I would recommend them to anyone!

Friday at 5 p.m., your A/C breaks, what do you do??? Friends coming over, work to be done, and now it's Hades in my house. I call other A/C companies and they say, maybe tomorrow evening at the earliest we can come and take a look, then another day we'll fix it. I called Southern Comfort and the company owner answers and says to me "I'll be there in less than 20 minutes." In a word, AWESOME! They fixed my A/C and actually made it better than when it was new!
