Called at 0930 and had a tech at my door before 1230. Tech was genuinely interested in fixing my unit and not selling me parts or warranties. Work was well performed and timely. One last thing. The owner, Miguel, was the tech. When other technicians who were supposed to meet the appointment, were hung up on a service call (which we all know can happen), Miguel showed up to keep the appointment. Kuddos!

Had Miguel out to the house today because my unit had completely frozen up. He diagnosed the problem VERY quick and had it up and working again in no time. Miguel was honest and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a/c or heater repair.

Miguel is very knowledgeable indeed. Called him at 8:15 am was here at 8:45 and done by 9:15. It was simple fix that I believe would have been made out to be something far worse by any other comapany. I highly recommend this company and I believe he is an honest man and that is hard to come by these days.

I would like to recommend Southern Comfort for excellent service! I am very satisfied with their work. I called them on Saturday just before Memorial day, and they returned my call almost immediately. They told me that they had two jobs before mine and that they would come at around 3:00 pm ( I had called around 11:00 am). My AC was not working - it was blowing hot air. Awesome Service! Miguel was courteous and very knowledgeable. He took the time to stop by after hours to diagnose the problem. He scheduled service the next day and was ON TIME!. I was concerned about the possible costs of the repairs but was given a great price that was lower than I expected. These guys are great! Call them first, you won't be sorry.

Great service! I called a Sunday and answered a few questions. The tech reassured me that it was likely a minor issue. Indeed it was. Fixed the next day. I will definitely use them next time.

Called at 8:00 AM on a Sunday morning. Miguel came out and fixed the problem by 9:45. Very reasonable price and honest diagnosis. I highly recommend Southern Comfort.

I recently had my given my A/C it's yearly "preventive maintence" done by another company. Needless to say I was not happy when my A/C unit decided to stop working. I did some research and saw that Soutern Comfort had several good ratings, so I gave them a call. Service tech was at my door quickly, repairs where done even more quickly and a very fair price was given. I highly recommend using Southern Comfort.

I am not rich by any means (or well-off), but when I call a service company to come out to my house, I dont judge service based on the price that Im quoted. I judge their service based on what I deem to be their level of courtesy, honesty and professionalism.
