The technician was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and a very kind person. He took pictures and showed me the before and after condition of the dryer duct. EXCELLENT customer service as well. Highly recommended!

The staff arrived exactly on time, were very professional, and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. They spent a lot of time making sure the furniture was protected while they worked.And then they answered all the questions. We will definitely use this company again.
