This will not be a typical review, BUT it speaks volumes of this company and of Chase in particular. We have a hedgehog named Mushroom. He escaped his enclosure and because he's curious and dumb, found himself in one of our floor air ducts. Chase was kind enough to come, find Mushroom AND invent a way to retrieve him safely. And he did it all like it was no big deal, as if it was not the craziest reason he's ever had anyone call. He saved heaps of heartbreak today, and I could not be more thankful. Air Care Clean came and scoped our duct work with their camera to determine their condition and see where they were leaking. We were very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone.
