I had an egg and cheese sandwich for lunch from Aimee's today. I love that I can get a simple, yet hearty and "homemade" lunch when I'm on my lunch break and it won't break the bank. Plus, it was so cozy and quiet in there! Great place to get a coffee, have a seat, and work on your laptop without a ruckus.

Aimee’s is the best coffee shop in Lawrence hands down. The environment is lovely and the drinks are fantastic. The food is excellent too. I make sure to stop by every time I’m in Lawrence.
I wish more places would stand up for what is right. Thank you for standing up to the hatred that has always been America but has now been dragged into the sunlight. Thank you.
