I brought my mother for a mothers day meal this year and the young lady working at the counter was so busy with her friends who were leaving out the door at the time that she made us wait 20 minutes to ask a couple of Questions and you all were not busy that morning. I haven't seen my mother in 2 years. My husband and I are 3 generation K.U. Alumni and have supported all local businesses in the down town area, we still reside here. Now 7 years. It was sad to see that her friends came first and not the customer.
I really hate to post bad reviews, but at a children's event, as a business who sponsored the event one of their employees call the kids coming in "little brats" I told them on the spot that I would never come back in. This was a great marketing opportunity for them, instead they lost at least one potential customer.
Kindest people around. Excellent food and great coffee. Terrific Italian sodas.
