Had a problem and saw Dr. Charles for follow up. I found her very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. I had read other reviews here and found that Dr. Charles was a great listener and answered my questions and more. I would recommend her to anyone and I am very happy to have found her. The entire staff there is great and that can not be said for many offices.

I went to Dr. Charles for an IUD. After the implant, sex was very painful. About a month into having the IUD, it was pulled out during intercourse. Both of these outcomes are not typical when getting an IUD. After this, I found a new OBGYN. I wouldn't feel comfortable with Dr. Charles performing any procedure on me again nor would I have much faith in the efficacy of the procedure.
Dr.charles lacks any kind of compassion.Save your co-pay and find another provider who will actually take an interest in your reproductive health .
I got all the help I needed when I was pregnant the staff are super nice and helpful. Im definitely going back for my other pregnancies :)
I came in with intense pain, married and of child bearing age. She did not perform a pregnancy test! Gave no solutions to my pain and told me to take more pain medication. After having my IUD pulled by Dr. Charles I did a home pregnancy test which was positive and which resulted in a complicated miscarriage. I would not trust her again with my medical care.
