The dr was kind, she listened to everything I had to said, and really took the time to understand my situation. I would definitely recommend the dr Charles!

So I’ve been a patient of Dr Charles for about two years now, at the point where we had been trying to conceive I tried telling her something isn’t right leading to us not being able to conceive, (I will note she had already done tests that were clear, but I still felt something wasn’t quite right) she seemed very dismissive of it because we had only been trying for 3 months…I gave it the benefit of the doubt because of the all clear previous results however at 6 months I went back and followed up to let her know I still fel... read more

I am extremely frustrated with the care of Dr.Charles. I am pregnant with my first child and I am a high risk patient. All of my concerns have been ignored by her at every visit, which has led to me having to go to the emergency room. She is also very rude. The appointments are very rushed. She has done no research for my condition and just answers my questions with “I don’t know” . If you don’t know, you should figure it out, since you are a doctor . Not the doctor you want if you are expecting.

Dr. Charles inserted my first IUD and it was the easiest experience ever! I’ve never had children and have a chronic pelvic pain condition, so I braced myself for immense pain. However, she was so gentle and I barely felt anything. She listened to my concerns and was so compassionate and kind. Truly a top notch OBGYN!
