If you are an older women (past child bearing age) I would not recommend her. Her questions were for much younger patients, not menopausal women. She was very nice, but not the OBGYN for me.
Exactly like the other one star review. She did not further investigate my symptoms and left me with no solution.
Unfortunately I had a similar experience as the other one star comments. From reading all the good ratings sounds like she is good if you're pregnant. She did not care about the issues I was going through; very dismissive and did not offer me any guidance or further investigate my symptoms on her own. After reading my records she clearly was not listening to me either. I found myself turning to the internet for answers and then to other health care professionals for diagnosis and treatment.
I MOVED HERE A YEAR AGO. IT WAS SO DIFFICULT LEAVING MY MEDICAL TEAM. FIRST, JESSICA COULDN'T BE MORE HELPFUL. SECOND, THE EXAM AND EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH DR CHARLES WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED I FELT TOTALLY AT EASE. THEY AREN'T IN MY INSURANCE NETWORK HOWEVER, I DON'T MIND PAYING THE EXTRA BECAUSE I GET SUCH GREAT CARE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND HER OFFICE.
Amazing Doctor, very compassionate & listens. She truly cares. I would give her 10 stars, Thank you so much for a very great surgery, and all the help & support through my "bumpy" ride.
I'm towards the end of my third pregnancy. Doctor Charles has been my OB throughout all three pregnancies. She was able to deliver my first but unfortunately not my second because he was born at midnight and it was not her on call night. Hopefully she will be able to deliver #3! She is very personable and friendly. She asks how my other kids are doing. She is level headed and listens to your questions and concerns. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an OB/GYN. I LOVE the office staff!
I've only been seen by Dr. Charles once, but I was very impressed with her knowledge, and even more impressed by her compassionate, kind bedside manner. I got a very good feeling of being safe under her care. When I mentioned her name to a labor and delivery nurse, I was told that she has an excellent reputation.
I am looking for a gynecologist and had an appointment with Dr. Charles this morning. I am older now, and past menopause, so I am looking for an efficient woman doctor who is sensitive to the health needs of aging women. Dr Charles is just right for me. She treated my concerns with friendliness and professionalism. Finding a new doctor after many years with another practitioner is unsettling. I feel now that I am again in good medical hands.
