Very arrogant staff and director.
Much of ALRP staff are arrogant and officious. My latest experience is about my landlords enforcing an unwritten rule that I can have no more than two daytime guests simultaneously. ALRP suggested that I request a reasonable accommodation for this illegal rule. Luckily I got some legal advice from another agency that suggested I send landlord cease and desist order, petition SF Rent board and if that didn’t work, take them to small claims court.
