We used A&I when our office flooded. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Jake & Ron have been phenomenal during this process. They communicate well and do great quality work. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

As a Property Manager of a multi million dollar real estate group, when we experience any water emergencies, we use A&I Fire and Water Restoration! They respond immediately and prevent further water damage. Jennifer DiCenzo (My account executive) goes over and above!

When A & I first worked with us to assist with the flooding in my mother's condo unit, they were great. Ryan came in quickly and reassured my elderly mother that they would help us through every point of the process. The other guy, Will, said they would work with the insurance company, they would dry out the unit, and bring in someone to assess the electrical system and appliances and bring in a contractor to get us an estimate and to make the repairs on the unit. I have used A&I Restoration several times at our busy condominium building for water damage cleanup and moisture inspections. They have always been extremely responsive, fast and professional. As an insurnace adjuster I have worked with A&I countless times to complete mitigation and reconstruction after fires, water damage, tornadoes and other losses. The entire team is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the repair process, they clearly communicate and they focus on customer service!
