I had my prenatal care, delivery, and a surgical procedure with the providers in this office. The staff got to know me and were extremely helpful with many of my questions and concerns. I keep going back and am always appreciative of the care they provide.
I don’t feel heard here. I don’t feel as if I’m taken seriously or that my needs are being cared for appropriately. They make me feel like I’m just another number and rush me out of the office
This was my Ob for my first pregnancy! The doctors are great, but the scheduling is a mess. It caused me immense stress as I worked 48 minutes away. I won’t be returning and will be looking for another provider.
Tend to move appointment times around at their wish, even after you have told them multiple times even just for a heads up. If you can’t make it they end up on cancelling on you. Some of the staff have been great, some not so much. This place has caused a lot of stress during our first pregnancy. Will be looking elsewhere next pregnancy.
