I am always amazed at how great everyone works together to help each other. I have never felt more cared for by a group of people who are always happy and make me forget why I’m there (chemo). I can’t say one negative thing about the staff, I always left there after treatment with a smile 😃.
The staff is wonderful.
This is a very different hospital that I need to switch to because my doctor has switched to in Erie Pa so hopefully I can see I doctor here too.
Everyone was very kind, helpful and understanding.
Paid thousands of dollars for a surgery I didn’t need because they can’t tell the difference between the words “former and latter” and therefore misread my pathology report. I was going to get a second opinion but they put so much pressure on scheduling asap because the surgeon was going on vacation. If only I had got that second opinion. That’s money and part of my body I won’t ever get back. I had a painful wire put in (and paid for) that was useless because they changed the surgery type, never bothered to tell me that.
