Dr. Onyike is terrific. He spent a lot of time with me explaining my issue and the solution. He was very kind, caring, and never once made me feel like I was being rushed. I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful orthopedic.
Dr. Onyike is very knowledgeable and takes the time to talk to you as a patient and gives you the time you need to ask questions. I think he is a very kind and caring doctor.
I am a first time client. Before I went into the office. I called and asked for an appointment as soon as possible. I thought to myself this office will treat me “As most doctor’s “. “No appointment until a week away”. The nurse listen to my situation, and stated she would call me back. She called back with in an hour and an appointment for a few days! Everyone was friendly & understanding. I am getting better with doctor Onyike!e treatments.
Dr. Onyike is the best,He really listens to what you have to say. He takes the time to order the tests you need.. Thank you so much for all that your doing for me!

Dr Onyike is the exception to the rule - I've been to several physicians in the past six months for both my back and my knees (I see his partner for my back) - they are both cut from the same cloth, they are courteous, responsive, never make you feel like they are rushing and most of all they are very proactive about your health. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Onyike and Dr Zahir for any of your orthopedic needs - they are compassionate and caring, which is important to me.
Dr. Onyike was a blessing to meet. I have had 2 years of being in pain with my knee implant. Drs. who did the original replacement in Fredericksburg 12 years ago sent me to VCU in Richmond. Dr.there said to wait longer. Did not like that Dr. I twisted my knee & needed a brace or something so I went to see Dr. Holzknecht, ortho doc who fixed my shoulder and he is the one to refer me to Dr. Onyike. Got an appt quickly. So glad that Dr. Onyike is in Fredericksburg. He is so calm. We need him here.
Dr. Onyike was able to fit us in, as a new patient my 11yr son was quite impressed with the 3D interactive screen, Dr. Onyike showed us exactly what was broken. Dr. Onyike’s staff were so sweet to my son. I highly recommend this practice. Since my son is in sports, having an orthopedic sports medicine doctor is a perfect fit! Maureen
Dr. Onyike has excellent bedside manner. He wasncaring and compassionate with my mother who saw him for a knee problem. Highly recommens
