I would like to address each of these bad reviews as it is only fair. The first one from the people who came in to town to look at apartments in advance of their move. I told them I could not hold the property for them without a deposit and application and they were fine with that as they were looking at multiple properties. Please understand my fiducial duty is to the property owner as they hire me to rent out their property and rent loss is something to be avoided. My unit was infested with rats, raccoons, and even fleas. Management did very little about it. Other issues included ceiling-destroying leaks and the furnace that made the unit a 110 degree inferno in the middle of the night.

Have lived in the coziest apartment in Georgetown managed by AGS for the past two years. They are very patient and incredibly responsive. When my dishwasher broke, they simply replaced the old unit with a brand new one!

I rented a Georgetown apartment through AGS Realty; everything was done smoothly, and Caroline was very nice and helpful. Easy 5 stars.
