Great experience. From ordering through delivery and during our build. Plans for the building were clear and easy. If we had any questions we would call and they were very helpful and responsive. For reference, we built ourselves with assistance of 2 contractors and utilized a high lift (our building was 40X40).

Three years later i will say i have no regrets! Went up extreamly easy had help for the first three hoops ( brother and his wife) then was able to do rest alone. Only took me three days to have all 27 feet x 24 together. Bill Montgomery my salesman he was exceptional, he made sure I would have everything I needed. Was avaliable to answer all my questions, and made sure I had what I wanted. Awsome guy would recommend him for sure. The building we purchased was an approximately 40’ wide x 50’ long 17’ to center of arch, for camper and equipment storage. Quality of material is excellent All parts and panels were sent shipping was on time, and they sent some extra bolts just in case, the plans were in detail on footings. The only problem we had was getting the panels in the correct place when building the arch before raising. The panels looked the same with minor differences after that all the was well. The building kit was exactly as it was represented. However the claims of an easy erection process and simple to follow directions are not so much. We made several calls back to the representative we were given to help us with assembly questions and he was less than helpful. He "assumed" we fully understood the plans they sent with the building. The plans were also very vague. Overall satisfied with the building but don't expect much help after the sale with the erection process.
