Order steering gear, pump and lines, and fluid on Nov. 01 2021 been way over a month now. Email Nov 30. If I could leave no stars I would. The worst small business I have dealt with. I ordered a pump from ***** who said it would be shipped the next day. After a week with no tracking# I emailed for 3 days with no response. Called and left messages for 4 days to finally have big **** answer and blame covid for the delay. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AGR Performance/ Steerco.I ordered a RAM kit for my truck on Friday July 23, 2021. After reading a lot of bad reviews I decided to cancel my order Monday July 26, 2021. Kit was not shipped yet. Reason for canceling was I did not want to deal with future or warranty issues.I was told I would receive my refund within 7-9 days. On March 18th I placed an order over the phone with "Big John" and he stated he had the steering box I needed sitting on the shelf. Because he was slow all he had to do was build a steering pump and my order will ship out the door next Friday. This company charged my card $902.00 and after daily phone calls and email I still have not received my products today May 10th. Zero stars. I purchased a custom chassis for my GTO. The chassis came with a Mustang II style power rack and pinion from AGR Performance. Prior to running the engine, I connected the hydraulic lines to the steering unit and found it leaked. I contacted AGR and they agreed to repair the unit. They shipped me the "repaired" unit. I installed it and it leaked just like the first time. I called AGR back and asked for a new unit or a refund. They told me they would send a replacement. Months went by.
