Please don’t waste your time going to Metro Place! The rent may be reasonable but the customer service is none existing, the staff are uncaring and they make promises they do not keep. Apartments are not ready when they are promised and they refuse to give back deposits! Save yourself a headache... can you give zero stars? No need in asking to speak with the manager at the property because you get nowhere!

I've waited 3 days to get my a/c fixed and they still haven't come out. Last year, I waited Thursday, Friday and through the weekend before they came out and spent 5 minutes blowing air in the drain system! Perhaps they're too cheap to hire a maintenance team that does more than drive around in golf carts talking on their cell phones!
I just love when I speak with the property to have a maintenance problem fixed and they tell me someone should have came because there is someone always on duty for emergencies on weeknights. I told them what I was told (there wasn’t) and got called a liar. Brilliant; then to called me back 5 times after I get off the phone. Gotta love management
Jefferson Pointe Apt in VA, one of their new properties, has charged us 380.00 to paint the apartment when we moved out! We lived there for 4 years, they refused to paint when we renewed our lease, never late with rent and they said because we smoke they had to apply two coats of paint and charged 380.000!!! I am contacting my lawyer. What a headache after 4 years of living with them
