Apparently we aren’t filing our complaints with the right people. I’m reading these reviews and I’m getting the impression that it’s pointless in contacting the Regional/Area Managers to file a complaint! So maybe we should go straight to the Fair Housing Act! Or find a lawyer to address some of the issues we’re having! I’ve been discriminated against by our property manager and have tried contacting corporate office yesterday and no answer for no resolve. management is arrogant and difficult to deal with. property is not well cared for. residents are free to complain due to backlash. rent are too expensive for what you receive in turn. it is impossible to get in touch with the main corporation.
Does AGPM, LLC offer solutions for non-smoking tenants and children affected by other tenants' second-hand cigarette smoke? If so, what are the solutions other than forcing non-smokers to move out? What is the responsibility of AGPM, LLC to provide all its tenants the right to clean air quality?
I live in Middleburge Fl, at Madison Commons apt. I signed my lease in Jan - than my rent was increase in March and now got a 30 day notice increase coming in June.. that;s 2x this year. I have lived here for 3y and only late 2x during irma cuz job was flooded. - I cant afford this increase - when it states affordable rent - and the area manger Lenard Dickson laughed at me on the phone - was very rude and not professional - He needs to be Fired!!! Work on their property management along with keeping their employees accountable, me and my roommates left on april 2 of 2019 we told the housing apartment glen oaks to go ahead and take the washer and dryer systems that they charge for. fast forward alonst a whole month and the work order has never been sent despite us informing the company twice, they never call back when they say their going too and are now charging us more because we never gave the washer dryer up even though for a month we went back and forth on teying ... read more
