The cleaning / maintenance / front desk staff deserve 5 stars but after living here for about 5 years I've noticed a steep decline over the last year - the hallways have scuff marks and the corners have chipped paint, the carpets look very aged and worn. We had an elevator down for a few months last year and now we currently have two that are out of service and the jacuzzi's have mostly been inoperable.
