Will not answer the phone when they see my phone number. Poor managment, I have never received and pictures of the outside of the homes; Had to hire another source to see the potential problems on the outside of homes. They do like Property owner asking question! Do not even advise that maybe a tenant may need (ie Dishwasher) They will spend more money to attemp to fix a problem,,,,,,,won't tell owner. Again, Hired a contactor to take pictures and to see problems inside the house. POOR mangement........collect rent onlyh!
