RecommendedI wanted to give a shout out to Dave Hall and Agoge Fitness. I've only had 3 sessions there but I am NOT a gym person and I have been very impressed with the vibe at the gym and the level of mindfulness that Dave brings to the workout. So far it has been a really good fit. Oh, and he used my seven year old as his weight today so that was fun.
Love Dave and our team. I’ve learned so much and can’t wait to learn so much more!
I recommend taking dip into the Martial Arts classes provided. You can't help but a get that sense of brotherhood when training. Everyone helping each other to train and get better. Love it.
This place is amazing! Dave Hall the owner is so knowledgeable with what ever you need. Let’s start by just walking in to gym and seeing how clean it is, how the staff is polite & immediately ask you if you need help. I can promise you Dave & his team are certainly helping me meet my goals. I’m doing things I never thought I could do & you will to.
