I recently just bought a 3 years old, 4000+ square footage house in Bellevue, and it had a very messy and oily hood, so I contacted the seller agent, Sherrie Chen, about the mess, and then she said the house had already been cleaned and that was exactly what she showed us before. After the house closed, I asked 5 cleaning ladies to clean the house, but we couldn’t get into the house on time because the agent gave us a few wrong key passwords. Grace, Although I appreciate your concern, my manager Mark Bornstein had a conversation with you and no matter what reasoning we have with you, it seems that nothing will satisfy you. I am available to discuss, but cutting/pasting negative reviews on Facebook and Google that is uncalled for may potentially open you up to liability. I think this "review" is totally unwarranted and I suggest you handle a dirty hood (after my broker attempted numerous times to clean to your satisfaction) in another more productive way.
