I recently just bought a 3 years old, 4000+ square footage house in Bellevue, and it had a very messy and oily hood, so I contacted the seller agent, Sherrie Chen, about the mess, and then she said the house had already been cleaned and that was exactly what she showed us before. Grace, Although I appreciate your concern, my manager Mark Bornstein had a conversation with you and no matter what reasoning we have with you, it seems that nothing will satisfy you. I am available to discuss, but cutting/pasting negative reviews on Facebook and Google that is uncalled for may potentially open you up to liability. I think this "review" is totally unwarranted and I suggest you handle a dirty hood (after my broker attempted numerous times to clean to your satisfaction) in another more productive way.
