Worst experience as a tenant ever. They don't answer they're phones half the time they're open, they don't call back even if you leave a message, don't take care of things when u call them in or put in a online request, they take forever to fix something, and when they do get around to it they send rude people to fix it.
I had to rent my house out when I temporarily moved overseas for my job. I decided a management company would be the best solution due to the time difference and my inability to be there physically. I chose Agave Properties because the few reviews I could find were great. I am extremely unhappy with this company. Not only are they poor communicators, but I have not received a full months rent since the lease began.
