Dakota Dental was great. The people were friendly and they gave me a nice teeth cleaning.
We moved to GF about 3 years ago and I have been putting off going to the dentist. (I hate the dentist). I was extremely happy with how gentle the hygienist was! She knew I was in pain and never did more than necessary. Dr. Stevens was very kind and very thorough! I would recommend them to everyone!
I learned a lot during my visit! I had a different hygienist, Sara, and she was wonderful! So calm, peaceful and she explained everything! I so appreciated her approach with me!
I'm impressed with the technology today. I remember the days of putting play dough in my mouth, taking an impression before and after shaping the tooth, then fitting a temporary tin crown on which fell off before I left the parking lot, then waiting 2 weeks to get the permanent crown. No complaints...good fit, good professional personnel. Paul
I need to take an antibiotic before having dental work done and I had forgotten it at home. When I called they were so kind and had an open appointment an hour later. My hygienist was terrific and Dr. Stevens was great as usual. Service at DDA is wonderful.
Did an awesome job of cleaning my teeth and the exam was an excellent experience as well.
The staff was very efficient and friendly. I was going to update my phone number, but I was politely asked for my new number before I mentioned it. The hygienist explained what she was doing as she did it. She worked well with the dentist. She gave me excellent feedback from the work she did---plaque came off easily (as did the stains---tea drinker), but I need to not brush as hard in certain areas.
Had 3 of my children and myself in for appts, and once again, outstanding job from all the staff there!!! Everyone is so friendly, they explain everything they are doing, we were all in and out within 1 1/2 hours, and they treat my kids great! A++ for a job well done!!!!
From top to bottom, every one is just amazing! Five star service!
