When my mother and I first walked into my aunt's house we were shocked and overwhelmed. She had been a hoarder and had died in her home, not being discovered for almost 2 weeks during a summer heat wave. The situation was beyond anything we could have imagined. After the tragic death of my brother-in-law, we received the name of this company "Aftermath" from the funeral home. We needed help to clean up the house because my brother-in-law, who had fallen and received a head injury, walked around the house and got blood everywhere. it was far too much for us to handle on our own. A tragedy in our family required me to become familiar with Aftermath Services. During this most difficult time, the staff I encountered on the phone and in person were amazingly kind and respectful. Cindy was extremely helpful in letting me know what to expect. She made sure I had a number to contact her with questions. Terrence was able to explain the paperwork and estimates in clear terms. The Aftermath team, from start to finish, was professional, helpful and courteous. There was never a "hard sell", which was prevalent with other companies I spoke to. Greg answered my questions and walked me through the process and followed up. When Kristen, Kelsey, Carlos and Anthony arrived, they went to work and included me when necessary.
