Marcelo, Flavio & Cody made a tragic situation more bearable. The care and compassion that they provided while they were handling all my belongings helped me beyond my imagination. Their compassion took the sting away as I saw 38 years of my life being discarded bag-by-bag and box-by-box. Words can't express how much their gentleness meant to me. After a devastating loss, I needed help but was lost in what needed to be done. This team came in, evaluated the situation, filed the insurance claim, and did a lot more than I originally called them to do. It was wonderful having so much knowledge, compassion, and support. The team felt like family and we could not have gotten through this tough time without them. I admire the service they provide. I just want to say this company was very professional and compassionate in handling all affairs regarding the passing of a loved family member and removal and expert cleaning the the home. During this terribly awful time, aftermath services sent a lovely gentleman named Paul to lead the clean up. I can't speak higher of him, he was exponentially professional and caring. I would pray and hope that anyone dealing with an afterlife cleanup, would hire this company if Paul is there. Not to mention how kind and special this man was. I wish I could rate this company higher. To have an excellent company you need an excellent team and this company was not only compassionate during a very difficult time but also very professional.
