Marcelo ******* is helpful, and positive professional. I did not know what to expect in a tragic situation as I did, and he was prompt, and stuck around for any questions that I had. He made himself available via text, and just really went above any expectations I had. I would recommend him and his services to anyone I know. I hope the best for him and his family, they are absolutely excellent business people.

Marcello was the first to arrive and was very kind during such a difficult time. He took care of everything with the insurance company and just took care of the whole situation for us. It was such a relief to know we didn’t have to worry about anything. Two other ladies arrived later to help with the cleanup. I wish I knew their names. This company preys on people at their weakest moments. They want at least 10 times the national average to clean up and even worse their eimployee's stole from me. It took me over a month to get a check for the items stolen. They take pictures and they knew the items that were missing. One large ticket item was not even in the space they cleaned so they went through my home. I was already traumatized by the event and they made it worse. Aftermath Service was timely, professional and knowledgeable of the service that was required . The staff was friendly and compassionate in what our family was experiencing . The company is very fortunate to have Mr Santana as an employee.

It's hard to know what you need until you absolutely need it. When my father passed away, Aftermath provided excellent, compassionate and worry free services from the first call to account services down to the day to day interactions with the clean up crew. They did everything possible to prevent additional stress in a time of grieving through compassoinate problem solving strategies and business practices.

After dealing with a break in at our home, we were left feeling helpless and lost in what had happened. We were recommended by a dear friend of ours who is also a law enforcement official and he had highly recommended Aftermath for their prompt responses, professionalism and thoroughness in their work. Aftermath Services provided an expedited clean up with caring and professional technicians. From initial overview to final completion, the technicians answered all my questions, informed me of every step of the process and were ready to start work the day of arrival. Then to add to the compassionate service, the client service representative was just as caring, understanding, and informative of what steps to take next. This company made an extremely hard situation a lot easier to handle.

After not hearing from my ailing(cancer victim) brother for several days, I decided to go to his home and check up on him. Letting myself into his home and finding him on the floor deceased, I was in a bit of a shock mode to say the least. It was apparent that he had be there for more than a day.
