Every time I come with one of my kids, the staff is always caring, and listens to all my concerns! Even tonight, when there was an insurance issue with the dosage of medicine the doctor prescribed, the office did everything THEY could for me, including providing a starter dose, and giving me the rx to take to Publix, to fill for free without the insurance! Amazing team!

Over two hours for a pinky finger sprain. Full staff but no one even came in the room to check on us at all. Poor communication. Terrible patient service. Very unhappy.
I took my son here today because he wasn't feeling well. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made both of us feel very comfortable. I'm so glad that they are there for emergencies
My son has asthma and when we can't get it under control and can't get into his pediatrician, we always come here for support. It's been many times and it's always been a great experience. The staff is always friendly and professional and they always get my son stabilized until we can follow up with his pediatrician the next day. We've also used them when my daughter needed stitches after hours (they used "glue").
