The staff that worked on Thanksgiving day was wonderful. Thank you all for making my baby girl feel better.
We were impressed from start to finish! All the staff were upbeat and helpful for our entire visit. The facility is very clean and the care and interest they showed in my son was excellent. I would highly recommend this clinic!
I’ve been taking my kids here for years. Today will be absolute last time I come here. My daughter and I waited 10 min in the lobby, put in a room after triaged. My daughter has a fever. We sat for two hours in a room, not once checked on. Nothing. Took my daughter to the restroom , was coming back to the room and was told my daughter had strep? Mind you we haven’t been seen. So cool, got the kid in the room next to me results. Again, if you want to lose hours of your life, with a sick child come here!!!!
Jerard was absolutely amazing with our son. He was absolutely incredible and really went the extra mile to keep him happy!
We got there right at 5pm and didn’t have to wait at all. It was less than 5 minutes after I filled out paperwork (since it was our first time there) that I was called back. I was in and out in under an hour but didn’t feel rushed and felt like the doctors were thorough. Although it wasn’t anything extremely serious, I didn’t feel like anyone brushed me off or rolled their eyes at me for overreacting. My 6mo old is on his way to feeling better and I am at ease.
I got a call from my grandson's aftercare that he was running a fever of 101 and it was too late to take him to his regular pediatric office. After Hours Pediatrics was friendly, thorough, and very kind to my grandson. They spent a lot of time making sure he was diagnosed properly and they educated me on how to treat his illness as well as another ongoing condition that becomes worse when he gets sick. They were more informative than his regular pediatrician! I would highly recommend this office!
Quick visit. I was told by my ped to come when they open. We did so and were in and out in 1 hour!
