I always get quick service, brought to the back right away. Staff handles the insurance right away, haven't had confusion or issues. I've seen 3 different doctors there, diff visits, they were all very good with my kids. And we got the help we needed.
The facility was great and clean. The doctor and staff were wonderful. However the billing was rough! I brought my children into the clinic for basic cold check ups. I always ask if the facility is in network with my insurance and we confirmed that they were and I paid my deductible at time of service. I was later billed something called "co-insurance" and was surprised to receive a bill at all! They add an extra charge to all patients that is beyond the in-network office visit charge, because they classify as "after hours" ... read more
There is no other urgent care I will ever take my children to. Dr Alikian and the staff are professional and thorough. Wait times have never been horrendous. Grateful for a pediatric urgent care we can depend on!
Always a great experience. Very Fast and the lady at the front is super nice and sweet. She always had a smile.
Incompetent doctors & very disappointing experience. Took my 2 year old daughter here for a suspected UTI. The doctor attempted to insert a catheter with the cover on & my daughter was screaming in pain until the Dr. realized her mistake. She finally collected the urine needed to send to the lab for a culture. My daughter was prescribed antibiotics with the understanding that when the culture came back, we'd know whether the current care plan was the right one.
