Dr.Afshari truly cares about his patients. He is clear and answers all questions to satisfaction. I trust that he will take care of me. Several of my friends are patients as well. . All are completely satisfied !!

Dr Afshari is the physician that we all hope for but hardly ever meet. His approach to medicine is as much art as it is science. He took the time to explain every aspect of a gall bladder removal I badly needed. He read AND explained every line of the imaging and lab reports to me. His attention to detail and caring manner was very comforting. The Office Manager, Colleen, is wonderful and provided a level of service rarely found in todays world of medicine.

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and was referred to Dr. Afshari. I was scared and extremely nervous upon meeting him for the first time. He immediately put me at ease and explained what was happening to my body and what he could do to help. His bedside manner is exceptional. He was very professional, yet light hearted. He put not only me at ease, but he won over my significant other as well as my parents. I would highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with his office, interactions with the doctor himself, and during the procedure. The staff was well organized even through hurricane delays and interruptions. The doctor's manner is warm, genuine, and calming, and he did a good job explaining the procedure to me. My surgery went off as well as could be expected, and he showed continuing concern and attention afterwards. Highly recommended.

I found Dr. Afshari to be a competent, concerned surgeon. At the pre-operative visit he thoroughly explained my condition and the required surgical procedure. He kept me and my family informed during the surgical process. He showed care and compassion during my entire surgical and treatment process.

This is the most compassionate surgeon ever. I first went to Dr. Afshari 28 years ago and would not be alive if it wasn't for him and would recommend him to anyone having surgery. The first time I met Dr. Afshari he made me so at ease, listened and explained everything so that I would understand. The office staff he has is amazing. I am very blessed to have him as my Doctor.

Dr. Afshari recently performed the robotic Da Vinci Surgery to remove my Gallbladder. I am very satisfied with the outcome and I trusted Dr. Afshari from day one. He initially took the wait and see approach before making the final decision to remove my gallbladder. That approach made me trust him even more.
