Very neat place, however, the set up for getting tickets is poor. The ticket booth near the gate was closed, with no instruction on where to get tickets. We followed the road in, waited in line, and came to a person at a booth, who rudely told us we had to turn around and buy tickets in the gift shop. We had to turn around, purchase tickets and wait in line again. Some better instructions on signs would be helpful. And maybe a more friendly person at the gate would also be nice.

First I took my 16 yrs old car, figuring it might get scratched. Other than animal drool and wet noses rubbing the car, no harm at all. And we were engulfed by deer. Next the food is very reasonable. Now the park. We went on the last weekend that the walk-thru was open. The walk-thru had various critters, from a white gator to kangaroo, birds and some gibbons. The drive through was okay. It would have been nice if there were better instructions or information as what to expect. We saved carrots for the giraffe but there was none. Several displays were closed. I think there should be a discounted price for this time of year.
