We had sooo much fun at the African Safari Wildlife Park today in Port Clinton. I highly recommend everyone to go!!! I love that you can keep driving back thru, and they have more animals, food, ice cream and a playground to stretch and get out of the car!!! I think, I may have been covered in bison slime but definitely worth it��� My boys and I loved it and can't wait to go back!!

It was too crowded when we went resulting in a lot of wait time. I know entering is at your own risk, but I now have scratches to the bare metal from under my windows to the bottom of my brand new truck. If we could have moved along, we could have driven past the area, but we were stuck in "traffic." A deer was jumping on my passenger door multiple times. Amazing once in a lifetime experience. This was the first animal related outing I have ever had where the animals are so well kept (No flies or gnats buzzing around even in the drive thru safari). Feeding and being able to pet the kangaroo made my 3 year old so happy that's all he talks about from our whole weekend. He loved feeding the deer and alpacas but was scared of the buffalo n bison.

I loved it. We just needed a fun little trip for my family who has lived here our whole lives and wanted something sweet and fun for my toddler. This was perfect. We will definitely go again. They do have an ending of their busy season, so if you want to see some things, it's best to come on the weekends when there is more people. I hope this helps!! More people visit and support our local FUN businesses.

We planned this 2017 vacation for our precious Yen who is 43 yrs old, wheelchair bound and handicapped. She absolutely LOVED the Safari. She was able to roam around freely through the park and take her time admiring all of the fascinating animals. This trip not only made HER so happy, but as her personal caregiver, i have never seen her smile and laugh so much since i began working with her 2 years ago....what a blessing the African Safari Wildlife Zoo offered all of us. My children LOVED this place. We will be back before it gets cold. The best part was meeting and feeding Gus, Gus Gus and Gus Gus Gus...aka Triple G!!
