Great place! Great selection, polite employees & owner, helped me match the wood in my home that is no longer manufactured & gave me a good price! Highly recommend.
The worst experience in customer service I have ever dealt with. I had wood floors installed 2 times both times the installers were very late. The salesMAN did not have the respect to even call me or return my calls. I have not even had a follow up call to find out if I was satisfied with the installation. Terrible customer service will never use this floor company again. I would not recommend using them to anyone!!!!
