50 dollar cancellation fee is ridiculous. I know you are trying to deter people from not showing up but I cancelled ahead of time for a legitimate reason. Then rescheduled it for the following week that worked for me. In addition, scheduling appointments every three months seem unnecessary. Every 6 months seem more appropriate for routine maintenance!
Excellent service every time. Dr. Souders and her staff are very thorough and professional. So happy I came to Adonis.

My experience was very pleasant.
Always a wonderful experience at Afina. From being welcomed by the curly haired girl at the desk to Molly, to Kim, to Dr Souders. A wonderful professional team that makes my smile gleam with brightness! They all make my dental appointments welcoming, fun,and like family!
It was great. I had a broken crown and they got me in to fix it: Dr Sounders is fantastic, she said they could fix the problem if I had time. So she fix the problem and long with that she set me up to have some fillings done when I get my crowns install in September which saves me time. The only compliant I have is after being in the chair for 3 hours, when I was done I had to use the restroom bad. My entire experience was excellent! From front desk to hygienist to doctor! The staff is friendly and professional! I always make my 6 month appointment when I leave!!!

I arrived for my appointment only to realize I was a week early! But, the staff was kind and actually fit me in. I didnât feel rushed, I felt they took the time and attention with me even though they had to âfit me inâ.
