I have been a patient with AQC over 7 years. I am Diabetic, I battled my weight for years. I will only see Sherri Silversteen APRN. Because of her she saved my life, I've lost 116lbs. Still losing as we speak. She would lecture me on my diabetes in what to eat and what not to eat, and stay on me about my medications. I recommend everyone to see Sherri. My children absolutely love her!! I am alive today because of you Sherri. Thank you for hanging in there with me.
From my understanding they got new management or ownership last year and ever since then it has been the worst...we sat there today for 2hrs in the waiting room and kept getting told we were next. It is always extremely hot in the rooms too. Very uncomfortable place to go to when you or your children may be sick. I left today telling them we would never be back but I really don't think they even cared.
Worst care I've ever received! The nurse practitioner said they would send some medicine over to the pharmacy and walked out of the room without telling me what they were calling in. I pick up the prescription and it's a medicine I'm allergic to. I even filled out a little card before being seen saying what I was allergic to. I called to let them know and I don't hear back for 5 days. They left a message saying they were calling in something else.
