Incompetent, from the office staff who can't get your address or your messages correct, to the nurse practitioners who announce they can't find your cervix while between your legs or rush you out of the office when you announce you need all refills, only to tell you you have to come back to the office and pay another fee for one of the refills because, they didn't take the time to get a urine sample at that visit since they were in a rush to get the other fees. I have Chronic pain, I have suffered for years without a Dr say let's work together to see what is going on with you. I have a new diagnosis and have had a round of injection for pain. It's the first time we found out and have the treatment work. Daniel Williamson NPwas kind helpful and really listened to the me.

One of the receptionists is very rude. Told me there was nothing wrong with my kidneys when I did indeed have issues. She also told me that I would not receive a referral when I desperately needed one. Had to insist on speaking with my Dr who told me I was right and that he reprimanded her for it. If I had not spoken up for myself there could have been dire consequences to this misinformation. She has been rude to me on the phone telling me it was “not their job to refer me to every urologist in the area.” The problem was on... read more

Please stay as far away from this office as you can. To start with, the doctors and nurses do not seem like they know what they're doing, they cannot answer simple questions that any doctor or nurse should be able to answer, and they waste so much of your time. I switched to them as my PCP to gain access to referrals, but they refuse to send them and act like they don't know how. I made an appointment with them to discuss a breast reduction referral. Called early in the morning to speak to Daniel's nurse and asked for a call back. She did, and said she would call me back. That was at 1:30ish pm. I waited until shortly after 5 to call and see if anyone was there and see if she would be available to possibly give me an answer to my question. THEY WERE CLOSED! I called my pharmacy to see if she had called in a medicine for my son-NOPE! There seems to be a sub-par method of communication.
