VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..Mary will rent you a storage and flip over all of the pages of the leasing agreement to avoid telling you that there are rats, roaches, spiders ECT in the storage..you will go back and have to throw out all of your belongings because of damage. They will then accuse you of lying when you let them know that they avoided letting you know about rats because they "don't have a roach or rat problem" but proceeds to explain that they have rat traps..I even said for us to watch the camera for the exact transact... read more
I rented here for 4+ years. When I came to get my stuff the locks were still on, but my king sized bed, box spring, bed frame, couch, dining room table, coffee table, and microwave were all missing. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
