Beware!! The company makes you put in a deposit in order to schedule regular lawncare. They promise to reimburse the deposit if/when you decide to cancel service. I cancelled service since we decided to sell the house. I've called twice and both times was told that the initial deposit will be mailed to me in the form of the check. It's been about 3 months now and I have yet to receive it. Either the office is very disorganized or they intentionally don't return deposits in hopes that people just forget. These guys did an outstanding job on our yard! Awesome company to work with: great communication, friendly folks who work there (both the crews and office), and gold standard knowledgeable expert gardening recommendations and services.
Unprofessional & deceptive. At first we thought we found a great lawn care service; however, we quickly found out that this was not the case. We first scheduled a lawn clean up, and then subsequent lawn care servicing every month after that to maintain the lawn. The clean up was great*, then they didn't show up after that. I waited a little to see maybe they were busy, but my lawn was getting out of control so I decided to call and see why they missed their scheduled service.
