I had a fantastic experience. Tim was here 20 minutes after I called and they replaced the entire motor in about one hour! Price was very reasonable, and the new door has WiFi so you can open it with your phone! Highly recommend!

I found Affordable Garage Door & Opener Repair, DBA Save on Services after looking for a supplier of garage door parts. I met Rick at his shop and told him what problem I was having at a rental unit I have and he knew exactly what was needed. Showed me in his showroom. So I was going to buy the part he suggested but when he told me the cost to have it installed by their technician it was a no brainer to have them come out. They quoted us on the phone one price plus an extra 10 dollars if it was an oversized door then when they got here we're going to charge us 60 more then they originally quoted us. Final bill was 30 more then original quote on phone. They need to make sure they are clearer on phone. I probably would have called a different company after this quote at beginning of job but did not have time

Hi this is Rick L*** the owner I'm the one that called you right after Colton my brother left your house letting me know how irrational you were being when he arrived and saw that your door took springs several sizes bigger than are standard prices of $141 for 2 new springs and each size bigger is an additional $10 per spring not total (this is the common since thing I was talking to you about) He was more than happy to take you out to the van to show you the difference in the springs sizes and to justify the price increase ... read more
