My husband text after the repair today “I’ll never use another company”. Our tech Brandon B deserves a high five! He was efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I called Sunday and they offered appt next day. Definitely happy that I called them first! We will use them for our service when it’s needed.

Not helpful when I called...even rude. My outside garage door opener isn't working. When he said a new opener costs $80, I said I could purchase one online from $17-$39). He said "goodbye" and hung up. Also, at time of purchase I was not made aware of the bi-annual requirement of lubing, etc. for the springs to be warranted. I discovered it on my paperwork AFTER installing the Lift Master. And I didn't realize the warranty service was not by a licensed contractor - until after installment and noticing it on the Invoice. I called this company this morning when our garage door came off the tracks. They were at our house a couple of hours after my call and the door was completely fixed before noon. The technician Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. I just can?t thank them enough for the speedy service!

We had a broken main spring in the garage door. We called Affordable Garage Door Around 2pm and they said they could a technician out between 3p - 5p. Tim came out and he expertly replaced the spring and made some other adjustments so the door opened easily. Tim was professional, polite and represented the company very well. Great company to do business with. Thanks also to Rick & Marcus for running a reputable business!
