Front desk staff and hygienist were fantastic! I felt that Dr. Massey was rude and made me feel embarrassed. I suffered from bullimia for almost 15 years which ruined my teeth. I finally got the nerve to go to a dentist after breaking a front tooth. I was visibly upset to begin with. He walked in the examine room with a chip on his shoulder which I think was do to me being a fit in appointment. Upon examining my mouth he said "so what did you just give up on going to the dentist"? I was taken back by this comment because I obviously knew my teeth were suffering. I didn't need a dentist to make me feel worse. I explained to him that I suffered from bullimia for years and was at a point where I had the ability to finally get my teeth fixed and my doctor was hoping to get my health insurance to pay for a portion of it. He laughed and said "I've never heard of that". He was just overall very rude and exactly why people hate going to the dentist. As it stands I need probably 15-20k worth of dental work and was hoping to have it done at Affordable Dental. Because if this experience, I doubt I will give hen my business. It is sad because everyone else was so kind.

My experience so far has been wonderful. Staff is professional yet warm and the dentist are knowledgeable and gentle. They seem to keep on schedule too and accommodate your individual situation of urgency.

All of the cleanings I receive here are the shortest cleanings of any dental office I've ever been too. It makes me feel like I'm not getting a very close exam/cleaning. No one discusses my x-rays with me either. Overall everyone is very friendly and polite though, and the visits are very painless
