After confirming my appointment through text, email, and a phone call and getting there 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time and waiting for more than 30 minutes, I was told that, somehow, they didn’t know I was gonna come and I was there for 30 minutes at the 20 sqft lobby area so they made a quick decision to pull in someone else. Plus, I was told they could check in with the denstist if she still could “accept” me. Thanks for ruining my Saturday!

Great! It was great service from the initial phone call to make the appointment to the appointment, wait, and everything else. I waited a little bit to finally see the Doctor and they were apologetic was very unexpected and kind. In the past I have waited 3x's as long to see a Doctor/Dentist at other medical practices and no one ever said anything. Despite not having great dental news the Dentist and her assistant were very encouraging, helpful, and happy which always helps lighten things up especially when you are at the Dentist. The Office Manager was able to work with my dental program and took the time and was patient enough to figure out how to get me the best price for my treatment plan as well!

not happy came in was talked in to doing dentures was told I would be happy after telling the doctor I cant were them he promised me they would be perfect and there not after spendining all that money and waisting my time I'm back were I started looking for another denist to do what needs to be done not sell something for 2000 that don't fit at all was told use glue
