I am always nervous going to the dentist. Dr. Masse has always made me feel comfortable and ensures a pain free visit.
After confirming my appointment through text, email, and a phone call and getting there 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time and waiting for more than 30 minutes, I was told that, somehow, they didn’t know I was gonna come and I was there for 30 minutes at the 20 sqft lobby area so they made a quick decision to pull in someone else. Plus, I was told they could check in with the denstist if she still could “accept” me. Thanks for ruining my Saturday!
Great! It was great service from the initial phone call to make the appointment to the appointment, wait, and everything else. I waited a little bit to finally see the Doctor and they were apologetic was very unexpected and kind. In the past I have waited 3x's as long to see a Doctor/Dentist at other medical practices and no one ever said anything. not happy came in was talked in to doing dentures was told I would be happy after telling the doctor I cant were them he promised me they would be perfect and there not after spendining all that money and waisting my time I'm back were I started looking for another denist to do what needs to be done not sell something for 2000 that don't fit at all was told use glue
