I am a prior patient of the Beaumont office. I recently moved to Louisiana and was happy to find out that there was an office in Lake Charles. I was so pleasantly greeted and treated with kindness upon my first visit. The staff was absolutely incredible, they listened to all my concerns and questions and answered all. Very good I chose this dentist office out of the telephone book and I took a chance really on it. I am please with the outcome. The attendants and office clerks are/were great and friendly. The manager that explained the finance part was very good as well. I have only one "complaint" if you call it that. I think(for me) they need to be more informative about the procedures, I was needing a one tooth Implant. It went great. I didn't swell, wasn't sore much. it went better than i ever expected it would. The dentist was so good... read more
