First, let me say this office has an AWESOME team of professional, and caring staff. I went in due to a toothache, and mind you I have a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Cho and his assistant Symaria, was very attentive to my concerns and anxiety after explaining my treatment plan. Ms. Allison the financial manager, was very informative in explaining payment options to me and did not make me feel pressured about when and how to make payments. As always, I had excellent care and service. I was met with a smile. My technician was friendly as always and explained everything that she did. When it was time for the dentist to check me, he was very cordial and professional as always. The quality of service and the outgoing friendliness is why I continue to use Mr. Jim and his wonderful group of technicians.
