Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite awhile. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They discovered I had an infection when they went to extract my tooth and "washed it out" but refused to give me a prescription for antibiotics. I developed a very painful infection and had to wait 3 weeks to get into a dentist where I live. I had only gone to... read more
